Club Heartlands boasts a fully equipped modern gymnasium, featuring over 40 interactive exercise stations and male and female change room facilities.

Gymnasium Rules 

Covid-19 rules

• Based on guidelines, facility can host up to 10 people at a given time (Facility Mgmt. Personnel will be monitoring in allowing the people based on the people movement).
• You must wear a face mask unless you are out of breath at all times.
• Maximum usage per person is 1 hr. daily. (Please adhere to the rules to allow fellow members to have a fair go).
• Cardio equipment is restricted to 20 min & other equipment 15 min
• Equipment must be sanitized after each usage by the cleaner.

It is a condition of entry that you read and obey the following rules

• An induction program must have been completed prior to utilising these facilities
• Supervision is not provided; users of the gym equipment must be familiar with its operation. If uncertain, please seek professional help
• Participants who have a health problem or are uncertain if they should be using the equipment for any reason, should first seek clearance by their medical practitioner
• All users of the gym do so at your own risk
• No responsibility whatsoever will be accepted by the Owners Corporation, their employers or the Owners Corporation Manager for damages or injuries
• No Food or animals are allowed
• Children under the age of 16 years old are NOT permitted in the gymnasium or to use the equipment
• Children must be supervised at all times while adults are in the gym
• Only residents of the Heartlands Estate may use the gym
• No Smoking is permitted
• Glass objects, alcohol or food are not permitted in the gym area
• All users of the gym must carry a towel at all times and wipe down the equipment after use
• Appropriate sporting clothing and foot wear must be worn at all times
• During peak times, please restrict cardio workouts to 20 minutes
• Please do not leave bags or personal belongings in the gym
• Do not enter the pool directly after a workout, please shower first
• All free weights equipment must be returned to the racks
• Do not bounce the weight balls
• Gym equipment is NOT to be relocated within Gym or removed to outdoor areas
• No portable speakers or sound systems are permitted within the facilities

Failing to comply with these rules will result in your access card being de-activated and a one-month suspension.
